 For the past 35 years, Michael Brown has owned and operated businesses dedicated to finding products and services to control weight and improve health. My education and background is in science with an emphasis on nutrition and human physiology. I also understand business, so that I can find the best and most effective nutritional supplements at the best prices. Knowledge is half the battle. Affordability is the other half.

My goal is to make the science of nutrition and human physiology easy to understand. Once you master this science, controlling weight and improving health slowly but surely transforms your body. The engine of this transformation is increasing your metabolism. If you can increase your metabolism, you can control your weight. If you can increase your metabolism, your body can heal.
